How would these things be said in the 19th century?

I am writing a book and it's gone back in time to 1833 and I have tries google and it isn't much help so here I go. The words I need to know how they would be spoken beck then:
Gay or homosexual
Prostitute (preferably male)

I just want to know if they had a nick name or something and some Male names from back then would be brilliant

Additional Details

I know that they would not be spoken aloud and their not it is from the narrator saying it to him self.

Any number of terms Pansy, Nancy or Queer (Homosexual would also be in use - but not Gay)
