How can a country changed so much? - answer! Answers

How can a country changed so much?

The recent financial crisis in Greece is thought provoking as well as sad.

What has become of Greece now?

Back in the good old days, Greece was a world power. It was also the cradle of civilisation. It was also one of the earliest civilisations in the world. It also had a number of prominent figures such as General Achilles, Alexender the Great and Ulysses. Even Greek Gods and Goddess were also well known, such as Zeus, Perseus, Athena, Uranus and Kronos.

How can a country change so much after all these years?

Is there a chance for Greece to bounce back to the level it had during its heydays?

The "good old days" you're referring to was over two thousand years ago. By the way, how about using all of the Greek names instead of some Latin names. Ulysses is Odysseus, Uranus is Ouranos. And with the exception of Alexander the Great, all are mythological characters (though there is the possibility that Odysseus and Achilles may have been real based on the fact that Troy really existed and it's believed the Ithaca described in Homer's works may have been found and it's not Modern Ithaca which never fit the descriptions).
