i am not a native speaker.so some verses, which might be easy for you,are not easy for me.please help paraphrase line6 to line 8.what does "curled" mean here?tks

1What's the best thing in the world?
2June-rose, by May-dew impearled;
3Sweet south-wind, that means no rain;
4Truth, not cruel to a friend;
5Pleasure, not in haste to end;
6Beauty, not self-decked and curled
7Till its pride is over-plain;
8Love, when, so, you're loved again.
9What's the best thing in the world?
10Something out of it, I think.
